2. Permitted Use & Academic Integrity
ExamSetu Nepal is provided strictly for personal educational preparation and self-evaluation. You agree not to scrape, automate, copy, or redistribute the curated question bank or website source code without express written authorization.
3. Intellectual Property
The original exam explanations, software interfaces, graphics, and system compilations are the intellectual property of ExamSetu Nepal. Official statutes, laws, and constitutional provisions cited in explanations belong to the respective sovereign bodies of Nepal.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy in question keys and pedagogical explanations, ExamSetu makes no warranties of guaranteed examination success or employment appointment.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, specifically the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 (ETA) and applicable civil codes.
